Guarantee and Shipping Policy

All in-stock jewelry orders are shipped as soon as possible, within three to seven business days. If we are temporarily out of an item, you will be notified of the expected shipping date. Customer satisfaction if guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied with your item, you may return for exchange. You must contact us prior to returning the item for approval. Exchange refunds do not include shipping charges.

Exchanges may be done for items similar in price. If chosen item is higher in price, you will need to send the difference in price with the item to be exchanged. If the price is lower than a refund will be issued.

All merchandise is Guaranteed against flaws in workmanship under normal wear and tear. We will not repair, replace, or exchange items that have been damaged due to abuse or unreasonalbe use.

Returning/Exchanging Instructions

You may return an item for exchange or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip and be in the gift box it came in.

Make sure package is safely and securely prepared for shipping. You may want to insure your return. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you exchange is due a refund and you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement or PayPal account. If you paid by money order you will receive a refund money order by mail.
